Feng Shui

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese philosophy. The translation of the word “Feng Shui” means “wind and water” The interpretation symbolizes that energy flows through all things, and we (as humans) are connected to that energy.

The flow of that energy should be harmonious and balanced to bring positive chi throughout your space whether it is your home, office, outdoor space or even your mind. If you clutter your space or your mind with too many things it can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unbalanced.

There are many forms of Feng Shui and there is a vast amount of information regarding the practice of Feng Shui. I like to follow the Western and BTB (Black-Sect) Feng Shui method using the 8 corners of the Bagua Map. The Bagua Map is superimposed on the layout of your home to read the energy within the eight corners and the center representing your overall health and well-being. The eight corners translate the different areas of your home that represent family, love and partnerships, wealth, knowledge, career, fame, creative children, helpful people/travel, and the center, your health and well-being. This can be done in any room of your home as well. Areas of your home can be activated to assist you with health and well-being, family, and relationships and to help you in your career and business adventures, among other things.
